Long-standing tenant praises Eleven Brindleyplace refurb
Eleven Brindleyplace has never looked so good – so says one of its longest standing tenants.
Friend Partnership Limited moved to the Grade A office building more than a decade ago, and currently occupies space on one of the building’s upper floors.
Company founder and corporate finance partner, Denise Friend, said the “fabulous” recent refurbishment of Eleven Brindleyplace had further enhanced the already impressive on-site amenities available to tenants.
She said: “We need the building to look and feel impressive, and the refurbishment delivers that. It gives us the facilities we need for hosting seminars, creates the right impression for our clients, and suits our positioning within the market. Our staff think it’s great too.”
Friend Partnership Limited is a firm of Chartered Accountants, registered auditors, corporate finance and tax specialists. It was first attracted to Eleven Brindleyplace due to its “wonderful location” on the fringes of Birmingham city centre and agreed a lease on what it considered to be excellent office space.
The company relocated within the building 13 years ago, giving it a unique perspective on what it’s like to work there.
“Eleven Brindleyplace gives us everything we could possibly want,” added Denise. “We think the building is great, it’s so calm and serene. Our staff are in a nice environment with plenty of natural light, and the views from the office are interesting.
“There is always something happening in Brindleyplace too, it’s a really pleasant place to walk around and has the added advantage of being highly accessible, with good onsite parking. We certainly have no plans to move.”
