Fifth tenant for Eleven Brindleyplace

Argent has completed a hat trick of new lettings in the last month at Eleven Brindleyplace with the announcement that specialist professional recruitment consultancy Robert Walters is to become the building's latest tenant.

Following recent lettings to Friend LLP and the Institute of Directors, Robert Walters has signed a 10 year lease for 4,500 sq ft of Grade A office space on the 9th floor of the award winning building. Robert Walters is one of the world's leading specialist professional recruitment consultancies with 38 offices spanning 18 countries.

Set to occupy the space in August, Robert Walters is relocating from serviced office space in Three Brindleyplace to accommodate its growing team of consultants who recruit across a number of professional disciplines including accountancy, financial services, legal, HR, IT and executive support.

Steve Randall, Managing Director for the UK Regions of Robert Walters explains:

"Having been based in Brindleyplace for several years, Robert Walters' Birmingham team really enjoys both the business environment and social aspect that the estate offers and Eleven Brindleyplace presents a great opportunity to further develop and expand this regional office, as we have continued to do despite the economic downturn. As a global business we also look for premises at the heart of business communities that offer high quality office space to service our needs and those of our customers, be they clients or candidates.

"Eleven Brindleyplace perfectly matches our requirements with its first class facilities and its BREEAM 'Excellent' accreditation brings us in line with our environmental policy. We are enjoying an extremely exciting period of growth and, with this new office space offering the capacity to almost double the size of our team, Eleven Brindleyplace allows us to perfectly marry our future plans with our office space requirement."

Ross Fittall, Project Manager for Argent added: “We are thrilled that Robert Walters has chosen to relocate within the Brindleyplace estate and become the latest tenant of Eleven Brindleyplace. The floorplate flexibility of the building is ideal for growing businesses such as this, while the calibre of the building perfectly reflects Robert Walters' esteemed reputation and the future ambitions of the Birmingham office.

"To have signed three new tenants within just a few weeks of each other is a clear sign that the market is picking up and that Eleven Brindleyplace is providing the right offer to commercial occupiers in the region. With new lounge bar Nuvo now open and the Institute of Directors West Midlands also relocating to the building, Eleven Brindleyplace's reputation as Birmingham's premier business address is rapidly growing and cementing its position as one of the most desirable office locations within the city core."

Robert Walters will join existing tenants Argent, Colliers International, Friend LLP and the IOD West Midlands at Eleven Brindleyplace.
