Eleven Brindleyplace gains a new friend

Accountants and business advisers Friend LLP have chosen to become the third tenant at Eleven Brindleyplace.

The Birmingham office of Friend will be relocating in June from its current offices at Quayside on Broad Street to occupy 11,100 sq ft of the BREEAM 'Excellent' space across the 10th and 11th floors of Eleven Brindleyplace.

Joining existing tenants Colliers CRE and landlord Argent at Eleven Brindleyplace, Friend's move follows a period of expansion for the Firm with the appointment of a number of new partners. Specialising in a broad range of audit, accounting and financial advisory services, Friend's clients include major private businesses and professional firms in many sectors and high net-worth individuals.

Selecting Eleven Brindleyplace because of Argent's hands on approach to managing buildings and commitment to flexibility and delivery, Friend were delighted with Argent's practical and speedy approach to their lease and retained Argent to complete the fit-out of its new office within a tight eight week schedule.
