Colliers move in.
The team from Colliers CRE's Birmingham office took a well deserved break from unpacking boxes yesterday to officially celebrate their move to new office building Eleven Brindleyplace. The 70 strong team were welcomed into their new office by landlord Argent, who are also based in the BREEAM Excellent building.
Speaking about the move David Smeeton, head of Colliers CRE's Birmingham office commented: "Our new office space within Eleven Brindleyplace has brought the entire Birmingham team together on one floor plate which is great for both morale and productivity. We're thrilled to be located within such a landmark building and the entire team is looking forward to discovering all that Brindleyplace has to offer over the coming months."
Colliers CRE has agreed a five year lease for 5,600 sq ft on the 12th floor of Eleven Brindleyplace with Argent's flexible approach to office leasing within the Grade A scheme providing the opportunity to further expand across the entire 8,645 sq ft floorplate as the business grows.
